The Adult Recreational Ice Hockey programs run all year. Sessions generally start in January, June and September running 11 to 17 weeks depending on which session is running.
Fall and Winter session - average 15 games.
Spring session - 11 games.
Typical game times from September to April are weeknights around 10:20 pm, with some weekend games (Friday and Saturday) at 10:40 pm. Spring and summer times are much earlier, with some games starting at 8 pm.
Games consist of three 15 minute stop time periods with running clock after 7 goals in the third period or 15 combined penalties at any point in the game.
USA hockey registration fee is $43 for adults; it is a different fee from inline, youth, coach, or official registration fees.
You are welcome to bring an entire team or sign up as an individual and be placed on a house team. We offer numerous levels based on skill and competition level desired. First and foremost we are a recreational league and have strict rules on fighting and excessive violence.
$2,600 (One half of the league fee is due at registration and the balance due by the 2nd game)
League Information:
1. 11 games guaranteed, various levels available.
2. All players must have current USA Hockey registration.
3. USA Hockey registration fee is $43 and must be paid before 1st game.
There will be no refunds to teams or individuals unless the rink is unable to provide a facility in adequate playing condition for a majority of scheduled games.
Games may be rescheduled as need arises.
The first three games of the season will be on a temporary game by game schedule so that teams may be moved between divisions to achieve parity.
Your team may be moved. Failure of any team or individual to pay league fees in full as per above payment schedule, at the discretion of rink management, will be dropped from the league with no refund of moneys previously paid.
Important Notice:
1. No team will be "scheduled" until
a. Your first payment of half the session fee is received.
b. A registration from is turned in to the league for our billing purposes.
No team will be allowed to compete in summer session if there is a balance from the fall session. There will be no "pay as you go" payment plan this session, $1,000 will be due upon sign up, and second payment will be due by the second game, as stated in the registration letter.
All teams must turn in "no play" days and dates at the time of registration. No other dates will be honored.
Your rosters for the winter session will remain the same as your fall roster, unless new players are added (30 player limit).
